My team and I use various Atlassian services. Nowadays only Jira, Jira Service Desk and Confluence in the cloud. But in the past also BitBucket, HipChat and Crowd for SSO.

- Jira for daily business, project planning and tracking
- Jira Service Desk for daily customer inqueries and support requests
- Confluence for internal documentation.
- In the past I also used to self host these services myself. Now, everything is in the Cloud. Not the biggest fan of it, but less work with upgrading and backup (very annoying with Atlassian tools)

- Jira (replaced with Jira Cloud)
- Confluence (replaced with Confluence Cloud for internal, WikiJS for external / customer documentation)
- BitBucket (replaced with GitLab)
- CROWD (not needed anymore)
